Light Carpentry

Cutting and punching:
Thanks to the new generation laser and punching machine, it is possible to obtain, from flat sheet metal sheets, any kind of design required.
Bending:
With our bending machine we can bend sheets of various shapes, sizes and thicknesses to give depth to the product.
Welding:
We have the possibility of both Mig and Tig welding, all of which is performed only by qualified and trained personnel according to ASME - EN standards.
Assembly/Assembly:
Final station, where the assembled finished product is checked if required or also packed on EU pallets.
Laser Cutting

Our ZETAMECC light carpentry department has a laser machine for cutting sheet metal of various metals such as galvanized, stainless and
iron up to a maximum thickness of 10mm.
We specialize in cutting sheet metal for naval and industrial type transformer boxes/cabinets but can accommodate any request to satisfy our customer.
